Quite a nice and touching song...must go listen ya...


Just back from my jogging session.. Run 10 rounds on a 300m track... which is equal to 3km run today!! Yeah! lols! Stamina getting better and most imptly tummy getting smaller! haha~


One of my colleague just left the company.. Quite a funny and nice lady.. Too bad.. She felt that the job doesnt suit her and quit... Suddenly thought of something i always ask her.. which is
"you today never take med ah?"... lols! Linda, all the best to you... Take good care of your kids!
Be a good and "crazy" housewife! Cheers!


Finally booked for my dental appt le.. Its at polyclinic and have to wait loh.. but at least better than last time.. Now just need to wait for 2 mths.. Anyway, im just going for a cleaning and checking session.. nothing serious so i can wait...

Very Very busy during June and July... there is my 4weeks RT... My 1 week In camp training...
and my dental appt... Hope everything will run smoothly ba.. Go to bed liao... nitez!

Staying at home...

Its a ph today...
Woke up at around 12 noon... (not my usual self)
Since then had been lying on my bed playing games or watching tv..
A lazy good friday indeed...
Not planning to step out of the door way at all..
But really very"shu fu".... So long dont have this feeling liao..


Had a good workout just around 30mins ago.. lols!
Suddenly have the urge to cut down the "extras" around my waist...
Normally this urge will last for a week nia...
Wahaha!! Hope this time round will last longer ba...


Waking up early tmr to "bai" ah gong....
Then back to office to complete some of my work... sian..
Hopefully can catch a movie after that ba...
